Seashell Intaglio on Sky Blue Topaz

Reverse intaglio is a traditional carving technique where the design is cut into the back of a gemstone, allowing the image to appear as if floating within. This method creates depth and dimension as light passes through the stone, illuminating the carving from behind.

This pendant features a seashell carved in reverse on natural sky blue Topaz. Measuring 12 x 16mm, it's set in 14K solid gold with a 2.3mm diamond accent and a substantial bail. The 45cm sturdy box chain is an optional add-on. 

Each piece is hand-carved and entirely one of a kind—a modern heirloom made to be worn, treasured, and passed down.
